Front Desk Officer

Officer, Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad - Onsite

Timings: 7 pm - 4 am PKT

Job Overview:

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role includes managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support to maintain smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls or inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes..
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Assist Admin with documentation as required.
  • Ensure office supplies at the reception are stocked and report requirements to Admin.
  • Support in organizing company events and office activities when needed.

Requirnments

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk officer is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
