Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, receiving, and document management.
  • Support the administrative teams with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist role shipping industry would be preferred.
  • Graduation should be done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Location: SMCHS, Karachi

Timings: 9:00 - 18:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
