Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, receiving, and document management.
- Support the administrative teams with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist role shipping industry would be preferred.
- Graduation should be done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
