Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Overview:
Al Faiz Group of Companies is looking for a polite, well-presented, and responsible Front Desk Officer for our Orangi Town booking office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records
  • Assist management in follow-ups, reporting, and office coordination
  • Oversee office cleanliness and ensure a well-organized environment
  • Support HR and management in basic administrative functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)
  • Presentable personality and customer-focused attitude
