Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Job Description

Mubeen Migration is a well-established immigration consultancy firm based in Lahore. We are looking for a presentable, confident, and well-spoken Female Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations and provide professional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
  • Provide basic information about visa and immigration services
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client records
  • Maintain front desk documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate with consultants and management as required
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and a professional front office environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification
  • Female candidates only
  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, WhatsApp, email handling)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle clients calmly and courteously
