We are seeking a professional, confident, and well-organized (Female) Front Desk Officer to manage reception and provide excellent support to visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Maintain front desk operations and visitor records
  • Coordinate with admin and other departments
  • Keep the reception area neat and presentable

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in reception/front desk preferred
