- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
- Support basic administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, organized, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
