  • We are hiring for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to manage front-desk operations and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
  • Support basic administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
