We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments and maintain schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
