We're Hiring: Front Desk Officer (Female)
Amros Pharmaceuticals is looking for a professional and well-presented front desk officer to manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls while ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Qualification
1. Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office will be preferred
Experience
1. 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
2. Experience in corporate or industrial environment will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional reception environment
2. Greet visitors, register entries, and coordinate with concerned departments
3. Handle incoming calls and transfer them to relevant departments professionally
4. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry procedures
5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documentation
6. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling meetings when required
7. Provide basic administrative support to HR and other departments
8. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and organization of the reception area
Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi
Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
