Front Desk Officer

Front Desk Officer – Onsite

Location: G10, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Role Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and professional Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain visitor logs and meeting room bookings
  • Support basic administrative tasks and coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a customer-service mindset
  • Basic MS Office knowledge
  • Prior front desk experience is a plus

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
