Job Description
We are looking for a female Receptionist / Assistant HR who is professional, organized, and capable of handling both front-desk and HR support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Reception
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and well-stocked (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
- Answer and redirect phone calls professionally.
- Handle inquiries, answer questions, and address complaints politely.
- Maintain visitor logs to ensure workplace security.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with managers.
- Prepare meeting rooms and training rooms when required.
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist HR with daily tasks and hiring processes (shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain manual attendance records of employees.
- Maintain laptop / asset tracking sheets and ensure all records are up to date.
- Handle documentation and filing, both digital and manual if required.
- Prepare, type, and print letters, notices, forms as per HRs requirement
- Assist with employee travel plans, dinner arrangements, and other administrative requirements.
- Keep employees updated on their CEO’s schedule, if required.
- Monitor office supplies (grocery and stationery) and place orders when needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Reception / Admin / HR support.
- Female candidates only.
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Must live near or within Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
