Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all walk-in clients professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and social media inbox inquiries.
- Guide clients about basic treatments, available services, and ongoing offers.
- Coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and staff for daily workflow.
- Maintain client records, registration, and service logs.
- Manage waiting area, ensure cleanliness, and maintain a professional environment.
- Handle payments, billing, and daily closing reports.
- Assist with in-clinic promotions and upselling when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as FDO/CSR/Receptionist in an Aesthetic Clinic, Spa, Dermatology Center, or Wellness Clinic (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Presentable personality with good customer dealing.
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments (HydraFacial, Laser, PRP, HIFU, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage rush hours.
- Confident, disciplined, and responsible.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
