- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols for guest entry.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and important documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing appointments, and coordinating conference room usage.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory related to front-desk and stationery items.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure professional behavior at all times.
