  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols for guest entry.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and important documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing appointments, and coordinating conference room usage.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory related to front-desk and stationery items.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure professional behavior at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
