Front Desk Officer (Female)

Front Desk Officer (FDO) is responsible for greeting the visitors and maintaining the details of visitors. FDO must enhance the NAIXOL brand authenticity and create an impact on the visitors. This position requires a combination of Computer Science / IT, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders. The FDO will work closely with Business Development Manager to execute networking and sales strategies to enhance student recruitment for all short courses offered at NAIXOL IT Trainings.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have experience of customer dealing.
  • A solid understanding of MS Office is essential.
  • Candidate must know tactics for brand promotions.
  • Candidate should have the experience to engage enquiries, referrals and general searches.
  • Must know to develop and maintained relationships with on-line community groups, Market leaders, influencers, local schools, advertisement strategies, and relevant digital tactics to promote the organization.
  • Provide guidance and information to prospective students and their families regarding the training programs, admission requirements, and job placement options etc.
  • Must have tele-sales knowledge / on-line mentoring experience.
  • Must be a highly motivated character who strives for success in all areas.
  • Must be confident in organizing workshops, presentations, conferences, networking events etc.
  • Can assist in data analysis with regards to digital leads and visitors queries.
  • Provide input on the development of new programs and initiatives based on market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Certification
  • Strong grip on MS office
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 60 per week
