Prismatic Technologies Limited looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a professional appearance, and efficiently manage front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain records and coordinate appointments/meetings.
- Ensure a professional and organized reception area at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding office communication and scheduling.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable personality with professional conduct.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer dealing abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Time management and coordination skills.
