Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Job Description:

Prismatic Technologies Limited looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a professional appearance, and efficiently manage front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain records and coordinate appointments/meetings.
  • Ensure a professional and organized reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding office communication and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable personality with professional conduct.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong customer dealing abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Time management and coordination skills.
