Position: Front Desk Officer / Receptionist
Location: Karachi

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and manage correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with 1-2 years of professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
