Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist with internal communication and coordination across departments.
- Ensure a professional and friendly environment at the reception area.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends is a plus.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
