Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination across departments.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly environment at the reception area.
  • Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
