Lakhani Group is looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer to join our growing real estate team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing clients/guests to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and assisting with their needs.
- Directing Visitors: Guiding guests to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Administrative Support: Performing tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- They support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintaining and updating employee databases, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and other personnel information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or office administration is a plus.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, concierge, or front desk associate—preferably in a high-rise or luxury residential setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
