Front Desk Officer/PA to CEO

Job Description:

The Front Desk Officer providing a professional first impression to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Assitant to CEO
  • Management of all operations of CEO office
  • Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: BA, B.COM,Fresher's can also apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
