The Front Desk Officer providing a professional first impression to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assitant to CEO
- Management of all operations of CEO office
