Front Desk Officer/Public Relationship Officer & Admission Officer

A reputed education institute (near Nursery Shahrah-e-Faisal) is looking for a poised, articulate, and persuasive Female Public Relations Officers & Admission Counselors to serve as the face of our institute. This dual-impact role focuses on building strong relationships with the public while guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process to meet institutional enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities

1. Admission Counseling & Enrollment

• Act as the primary point of contact for all admission inquiries, providing detailed information about the institute’s educational philosophy and programs.
• Guide prospective candidates through the application process, ensuring a high conversion rate of inquiries to enrollments.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads and follow up systematically with prospective students and parents.

2. Public Relations & Engagement

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, external partners, schools, and educational forums.
• Represent the Institute at seminars, conferences, and career fairs to enhance institutional visibility.
• Assist in the distribution of official press kits and institutional messages to the public.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Education Studies.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in counseling, front-desk management, or PR, ideally within the education sector.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport quickly and manage diverse personalities effectively.
• Attributes: Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

(Any 6 Days in Week, Morning & Evening Shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
