Job Title: Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)

Do you love helping people feel better? Are you upbeat, organized, and comfortable working both at the front desk and directly with patients? We’re a chiropractic office in Scottsdale that focuses on pain-relieving, non-invasive technologies—and we’re looking for a friendly, proactive Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

This is a hybrid role that blends administrative duties with hands-on patient care. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for patients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Front Desk Duties

• Greet patients with a smile and make them feel at home
• Answer phones and follow a script designed to turn new callers into new patients by scheduling free consultations
• Handle scheduling, payments, and basic administrative tasks
• Keep things running smoothly and patients in the loop

Patient Care Duties

• Assist with modern, non-invasive treatments like low-level laser therapy and spinal decompression
• Be comfortable working hands-on with patients in a clinical setting
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas
• Support patients through their care with compassion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• A people-person with strong communication and multitasking skills
• Someone who is confident working hands-on with patients
• Ability to follow structured processes while still bringing personality to the role
• Previous experience in patient care or front desk is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!

Compensation: Pay: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
No Health benefits package at this time

PTO starts after 6 months, 24 hours paid sick hours available after 3 months.
