What’s the Role?

As our Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice our patients interact with. Your day will be filled with ensuring every patient receives outstanding customer service, keeping our office running smoothly, and managing a variety of administrative tasks. From coordinating appointments to handling high-volume phone inquiries, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a five-star experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Patient Care: Schedule and reschedule appointments with ease.
• Handle Inquiries: Navigate a high-volume phone system and provide top-tier service, following our 5 Star Phone Certification Training.
• Insurance and Payments: Clearly explain insurance benefits, payment options, and care plans.
• Patient Interaction: Maintain a high standard of communication and follow-up to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Office Efficiency: Contribute ideas to enhance office workflow and efficiency.
