Front Desk Patient Coordinator/Circulating Help
About Us: Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is a rapidly growing, multi-location boutique practice dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and energetic professional to join our team as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator/Circulating Support Staff.
In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—setting the tone for an outstanding experience. You’ll manage front desk operations, assist with patient flow during busy hours, and provide administrative support to ensure our practice runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities – Included, but not limited to:
· Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience.
· Answer phones promptly and courteously, directing calls and responding to inquiries.
· Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars to maintain an efficient flow.
· Process payments accurately (cash, credit, checks, and financing options).
· Support circulating duties—assisting providers and staff as needed during peak times.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
· Build and nurture patient relationships, delivering a 5-star experience that encourages retention.
· Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
· Demonstrate a working knowledge of surgical and non-surgical procedures to answer patient questions confidently.
· Represent the Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery brand with professionalism, poise, and enthusiasm.
· Complete additional administrative or special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in a customer-service-focused role (hospitality, retail, restaurant, or healthcare preferred).
· Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
· Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and modern scheduling software.
· Professional appearance, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
· Experience in the aesthetic or medical field is a plus.
· Ability to travel to our Northfield, NJ location 1–2 times per month.
· Availability for full-time work (up to 40 hours per week).
Compensation: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
