Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator

Part-Time | In-Person | Orange City, FL
$15.00 – $20.00/hour | 20–25 hours/week

Our rapidly growing Chiropractic and Wellness office is seeking a high-energy, reliable, and friendly team member to lead the patient experience at the front desk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet and check-in patients with a professional and warm presence
  • Answer phone calls, manage scheduling, and handle payments
  • Assist with patient education and in-office coordination
  • Maintain daily office flow and keep the team on track
  • Support marketing activities (e.g. creating/distributing materials, assisting with social media)
  • Represent our brand in the community and at occasional events (5–10 times/year)

Schedule:

  • Flexible hours within:
  • Morning shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Afternoon shifts: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Some evening/weekend flexibility for events (rare)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to Orange City, FL
  • English required; Spanish a plus

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

  • Medical or chiropractic office background
  • Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms, or social media tools
  • Leadership experience in work, school, or community settings
  • College coursework or degree in health, communications, or business
