Receptionist with Sales Experience – StarKids Salon, DFC Mall Branch and Circle Mall Branch, JVC

We are hiring receptionists who also have proven salon sales experience. Only candidates with prior salon/spa experience and Zenoti proficiency will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments, billing, and customer interactions using Zenoti
• Drive product and service sales, building strong client relationships
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized front desk
• Welcoming and friendly

Requirements:

• Prior salon or spa experience mandatory
• Skilled in Zenoti
• Target-driven, motivated, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage bookings via Zenoti, phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate staff schedules and support daily branch operations.
• Handle client queries and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Support the management team in daily tasks as needed.
