Receive, direct and communicate telephone messages and fax messages. Meet and greet guest and guide them to respective cabins and conference rooms. Monitors the pick-up and deliver the mail. Sorting and distributing post. Arranging courier. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Respond to public inquiries. Provide secretarial support & coordinate with HR for interviews and meetings. Provide administrative services for Human Resources & other Department that may require your support.
