We’re seeking a charismatic, dependable, and driven individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. If you’re organized, have a knack for multitasking, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you! You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Manage patient accounts, including scheduling, insurance verification, and billing.
- Process payments, assist with referrals, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide administrative support to staff and assist with office management duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting is a plus but not required.
- Positive, patient-focused attitude.
