We are seeking a professional and well-organized Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare environment and will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and confirmation.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Update and maintain patient records accurately in the system.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reports.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Handle insurance verification and approval processes (if applicable).
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly appointment and revenue reports.
- Support marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the center’s image and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical center or clinic is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling claims.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic administrative procedures.
