Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Your organizational skills will make a great first impression for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage and schedule appointments
  • Handle correspondence and emails
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
