Key Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Greet, welcome, and direct patients/visitors; answer inquiries; provide directions; offer support.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and follow-ups.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the right staff.
- Patient Registration & Records: Collect/verify patient info, update records (EHR), and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Billing & Insurance: Process payments, co-pays, handle insurance eligibility, and coordinate with billing.
- Administrative Support: Data entry, filing, managing supplies, and general office upkeep.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other departments for seamless patient care.
