Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Manage client check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls/messages appropriately.
  • Maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.
  • Handle client payments, billing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in maintaining client databases and follow up on leads or appointments.
  • Coordinate with consultants, therapists, and other departments for smooth client flow.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, reports).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or receptionist roles (preferably in clinic, salon, hotel, or wellness industry).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
