We are seeking a friendly, reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Medical Receptionist. This role requires some travel between our Charlotte, Fort Mill, and Huntersville locations, so flexibility is a must.

- Must be proficient with computers & learning new systems

- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Medical office experience is a plus, but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and assists visitors in a friendly & professional manner
- Answering phones and routes calls appropriately
- Following up on patient inquiries about our practice
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Collect Copays and address patient balances as well as coordinate payment plans
- Check patients in and out
- Verifies/enters insurance & demographic information.
- Send out appropriate referrals
- Helps maintain office flow by keeping patient appointments on schedule
- Sorting through faxes and attaching documents to patient charts.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical office experience preferred but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
