Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style welcome to every client
• Manage appointment scheduling with precision and efficiency
• Maintain seamless front desk operations in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Anticipate client needs and ensure a personalized experience
• Confidently educate clients on services, memberships, and retail offerings
• Process payments and maintain accurate, organized client records
• Support team flow by coordinating with providers and staff throughout the day
• Uphold the cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the reception area
• Handle client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care

Preferred Experience:

• Background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness
• Familiarity with skincare lines and aesthetic services
• Experience in a high-end retail, spa, or hospitality setting
