Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and updating databases within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with office management, data entry, filing systems, and clerical work
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
