Front Desk Receptionist

What this role is really about:
You are the first impression of our school and a key part of the experience families have with us. You help keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling lessons to welcoming students, while creating a warm, positive, and energetic environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Strong sense of ownership — you take pride in doing things well from start to finish
• Friendly, outgoing, and great with people (kids, parents, and teachers)
• Clear and confident communicator (in person, phone, and email)
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Able to manage scheduling, bookings, and day-to-day operations efficiently
• Someone who notices what needs to be done — and does it
• Positive, team-oriented, and aligned with a community-focused environment
• Interest in music and the arts is a big plus

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting students and families and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Answering questions about lessons and helping guide new students
• Booking lessons and managing class schedules
• Communicating with teachers, students, and parents
• Keeping the studio organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Supporting day-to-day operations and problem-solving as needed
