Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary :

The receptionist is the very first point of contact with whom customers interacts. Receptionists should create a welcoming environment, greeting, informing, and directing customers in a courteous and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about superior customer service.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Greeting customers.
• Collecting new patients’ information.
• Checking in existing patients.
• Receiving phone calls.
• Assisting visitors.
• Allowing patients onto the sales floor.
• Reviewing cameras in reception office.
• Attending to customer requests.
• General cleaning.
• Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Michigan.

Must be able to work a full-time schedule that will include weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have cash handling experience. Strong customer service background is preferred.

Point of sale experience preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check.
