We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage some of the incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Check in, collect co-payments, and schedule follow up appointments.
- Help maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with office management tasks to support overall operations.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Familiarity with Athena Health preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.
