These employees are the face of the club! You are the go-to person for our members when they have questions or concerns. You are a warm and inviting person who greets all of our members as they come and go through our doors. We set the tone and create a positive environment for all guests!
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Empathize, Reassure, & Resolve member concerns and questions. May include entering broken equipment or maintenance orders.
- Call to update billing information for members. Offer basic membership upgrades.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors.
- Maintain and assist with cleanliness of facility.
Requirements
- 18y+ REQUIRED
- Mornings 5a-11a
- Evenings 6p-11p/ Weekends2p-8p
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks.
- Sales, Objection overcoming, Booking experience.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Effective calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules seamlessly.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence.
