Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
These employees are the face of the club! You are the go-to person for our members when they have questions or concerns. You are a warm and inviting person who greets all of our members as they come and go through our doors. We set the tone and create a positive environment for all guests!

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Empathize, Reassure, & Resolve member concerns and questions. May include entering broken equipment or maintenance orders.
  • Call to update billing information for members. Offer basic membership upgrades.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain and assist with cleanliness of facility.

Requirements

  • 18y+ REQUIRED
  • Mornings 5a-11a
  • Evenings 6p-11p/ Weekends2p-8p
  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks.
  • Sales, Objection overcoming, Booking experience.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules seamlessly.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence.
