Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to the safety for our Sisters who are aging in place. Residents are a mix of independent retirees and those needing in home care. This role is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, in person.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, maintaining office tidiness
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, visual slides/announcements, and providing general administrative assistance
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele effectively
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
- Personal assistant or clerical experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Clean driving record
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
