Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage phone system
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks
- Support office management
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions and excel (basic knowledge)
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing documents, organizing files, and managing office supplies
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools (basic knowledge required)
- Answering phone system and data entry tasks
- Bilingual abilities, English and Spanish (required)
- Receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
