What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with a smile and process payments for go-karting, concessions, and merchandise
• Deliver top-notch customer service, answering questions about our tracks and promotions
• Keep the front desk and concession area clean and organized
• Help with race check-ins and coordinate with track staff for smooth operations
• Balance the register and handle cash transactions accurately

• Enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system (training provided)
• No prior experience required—just a positive attitude!

Requirements

• MUST WORK NIGHT AND WEEKENDS
• MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage guests effectively.
• Ability to enhance the guest experience.
• Basic organizational skills to manage inventory and stock effectively.
