Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain an efficient office environment while providing exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls accurately
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documents are accurately proofread and stored
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, and basic bookkeeping
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently, offering assistance, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintaining out social media up to date, making stories and posts, as well as brining some creative ideas

Qualifications

  • Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management techniques
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is a plus
  • Strong typing skills along with good organizational and administrative capabilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Some skill in basic social media posting and up keeping
