JOB DESCRIPTION

An office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The role involves welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The receptionist maintains a professional and friendly environment while coordinating communication within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Great and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills (email, MS office)
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
