Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and accurately
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and schedules
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or practitioners as needed
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person while maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

  • Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with front desk duties in medical or dental settings is a plus
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and proofreading skills
  • Previous personal assistant or administrative experience that involved calendar management and customer support functions
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist responsibilities is advantageous but not required
