We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily front office operations, attend guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, customer-focused, and familiar with hotel management software such as INSPIRE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Respond to guest requests, complaints, and provide accurate information
- Operate and update records using INSPIRE hotel software
- Maintain proper guest records and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Handle bookings, reservations, and walk-in guests
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures for guest service and safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or front desk role preferred
- Basic knowledge of INSPIRE software or similar PMS systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Hindi / Urdu / Arabic is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Benefits:
