Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members with excellent phone etiquette
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations and client information management
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office experience or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and data entry essential
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
