Front Desk Receptionist

Busy, fun, independent Optometric practice in Puyallup, WA. We are currently looking to hire a full time position for our Puyallup office which has the potential for advancement into other positions. This is a small office which currently has long term employees and we would like to add another long term member to our team. Any type of proficiency in another language other than English will significantly help but are not required.

Responsibilities include:

o Billing insurances and patients for optometric services and eyewear

o Knowledge of obtaining insurance eligibility and authorizations

o Patient scheduling, check-in

Requirements:

o Good computer, phone, and keyboard skills

o Self-directed, with strong organizational and time management skills

o Energetic, positive personality; experience in working well with a team & the public

o Be available to work during business hours.

Salary listed is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.13 - $18.00 per hour
