We are seeking a professional and friendly medical receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. You will manage front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment while coordinating between patients and clinical staff to optimize office flow

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients upon arrival, check them in, and assist with filling out medical forms and insurance paperwork.
  • Scheduling: Manage phone systems/WhatsApp inquiries to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently.
  • Records Management: Update and maintain accurate patient data and insurance information in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Billing & Payments: Collect co-pays, process payments, and verify insurance eligibility before appointments.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality by adhering to Ministry regulations and internal privacy policies.
  • Office Support: Coordinate with the clinical team regarding patient inquiries and maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language proficiency: Arabic speaking (mandatory), Basic English for internal communications
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a medical center or customer service role is typically preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle high patient volumes and remain calm under pressure

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
