Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and energetic Part-Time Front Desk & Social Media Assistant to join our team in Poway (92064). This role is ideal for an administrative professional with a strong background in customer service who excels at multitasking, managing clerical duties, and helping grow our online presence.

Role Overview

You will be the welcoming face of our business and a key support for our daily operations. In this role, you will ensure clients have a seamless experience, manage administrative and clerical tasks with high confidentiality, and play a creative role in capturing and posting engaging content for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services & Communication: Warmly greet clients, answer phone calls, manage the appointment booking system, and clearly explain our various treatments and services to guests.
  • Social Media Management: Capture high-quality photos/videos of our space and services (respecting guest privacy) and post engaging content/stories on our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Administrative & Clerical Support: Handle check-outs, process payments, write clear/legible notes, and manage administrative tasks including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management.
  • Information Security: Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive guest information accurately.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in hospitality or spa industry is preferred. Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus for handling varied responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Clerical Skills: Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and strong time management skills. Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Professionalism: Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Energetic, enthusiastic, motivational, and a strong team player.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Days: Fridays and Saturdays
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible to work different shifts, evenings, and holidays if needed.
  • Hourly Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
