Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing inquiries and client follow-ups.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with law office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
