We are looking for a presentable receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them and managing administration work as well.
English fluent is a must other languages will be added value.
Responsibilities
- Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
- Directing visitors to the correct office
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors
- Schedule meetings
- Deal with day-to-day tasks
Qualifications
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with upset customers
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all the times
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
